Wills & Estates
A will is a document where a person says what they would like to happen with them and with their things when they pass away. The estate is the things that are left by a person when they pass away such as a house, boat, car and money.
Jo’s father passed away and did not leave a will. His car and boat are at Jo’s house where she is looking after them. Her father also had some money in the bank which Jo would like to use to help pay for the funeral costs.
